HVAC scheduling and dispatch software

See who's going where today

Two techs. Five jobs. One phone that won't stop ringing. You need to see the whole day in one place.

14 days free. No card. No sales call.

The day view

Every job for the day sits in one list. You see the customer, the address, the kind of equipment and the status. Pick a tech from the menu and save. That's dispatch.

What your techs see

Each tech logs in on their phone and sees only their own jobs. They mark a job en route, in progress and complete. You see the change right away. There's nothing to install. It runs in the phone's browser.

If a tech loses signal in a basement or crawl space, their status updates wait on the phone. They sync when the signal comes back.

Week view and route order

The week view shows the next seven days at once. To save drive time, you can reorder a tech's day by driving route. This needs two or more stops with map locations.

What it doesn't do

  • Jobs are booked by date, not by time slot.
  • There's no live GPS map of your trucks. That's on purpose, because tracking employees' phones raises consent and privacy rules we don't want you to trip over.
  • There's no drag-and-drop calendar. You assign from a menu.

Questions

Can techs use it on their phones?

Yes. It runs in any phone browser, with nothing to install. Each tech sees only their own jobs.

Does it work without a signal?

Status updates you make with no signal wait on the phone and sync when it comes back.

Can I schedule by time of day?

Not yet. Jobs are booked by date.

Is there live GPS tracking?

No. We chose not to build live location tracking of your techs.

What is the best dispatch software for a small HVAC shop?

Small shops need a clear view of the day and an easy way to assign each job. Bigger tools add live GPS maps and time-slot booking, and they cost more. We make DuctWright, so we're biased. It assigns jobs by date, without live GPS. See how it compares with Housecall Pro.

Is there free HVAC dispatch software?

A few tools have free tiers, but they're limited. FieldVibe's free plan is for one user, with manual reminders only. Most dispatch tools charge a monthly fee. DuctWright has a 14-day free trial, then plans start at $29 a month.
