Where we rely on reviews from other sites, we say so. Plans change, so confirm on their site before you decide.

Price
Service Fusion charges a flat price for unlimited users. It has no long-term contract. Paying yearly saves 15 percent.

Below 10 techs, DuctWright costs about half of Service Fusion's cheapest plan or less. Above 10, the flat price changes the math. A 20-tech shop pays Service Fusion the same as a 2-tech shop. DuctWright doesn't sell plans that large yet.
Inventory and equipment
Service Fusion lists inventory management on Plus and above, which starts at $325 a month billed yearly. DuctWright includes parts inventory on every plan, starting at $29. Service Fusion's pricing page doesn't list equipment records or maintenance agreements. If they matter to you, ask Service Fusion how it handles them.
Service Fusion lists job photo uploads on Plus and above. DuctWright includes photos on every plan. They attach to the unit, such as a nameplate, and can be linked to a visit.
Where Service Fusion is stronger
- Integrated payments, so customers can pay through the software
- Job costing, project management and reporting
- E-signature documents and a customer web portal
- No limit on users, which favors larger shops
- Personal onboarding and unlimited email, phone and chat support
- A GPS fleet tracking add-on
Switching
Export your customers from Service Fusion as a spreadsheet and upload it to DuctWright as a CSV. Names, phone numbers, emails and addresses come across. Job history and equipment don't import yet.
