How we checked
We make DuctWright, so we're not neutral. Prices and features come from each company's public pricing and product pages, read on September 19, 2026. We haven't used the other products ourselves. Where we rely on reviews from other sites, we say so. Plans change, so confirm on their site before you decide.

Equipment records
Reviewers who compare HVAC software say Jobber keeps work history by property, not by unit. They also say structured equipment warranties aren't part of it. We haven't verified this ourselves. If tracking each unit's warranty matters to you, ask Jobber how it handles it before you buy.
DuctWright keeps a record for every unit, with make, model, serial, install date, refrigerant and warranty end date.
Payments
Jobber has its own online payments through third-party processors. DuctWright has none. You collect the way you do now and record it.
Where Jobber is stronger
- It works for many trades, so it suits a shop with a side business.
- It has online booking, a customer-facing website and over 100 integrations.
- Higher plans add time tracking, workflow automation and more users.
- It has been around longer and has far more customers.
Switching
Export your clients from Jobber as a spreadsheet and upload it to DuctWright as a CSV. Names, phone numbers, emails and addresses come across. Job history and equipment notes don't import yet.
