We make DuctWright, so we're not neutral. Prices and features come from each company's public pricing and product pages, read on September 19, 2026. We haven't used the other products ourselves. Where we rely on reviews from other sites, we say so. Plans change, so confirm on their site before you decide.

Pick ServiceTitan if
- You have a large team, or you're heading there fast
- You need call booking, a pricebook, financing and deep reporting
- You run commercial work or several locations
- You want a vendor to handle setup with you
Pick DuctWright if
- You have 10 techs or fewer
- You want to see a price and start today, with no sales call
- You want the core jobs done well: quotes, invoices, dispatch, plans, equipment
- You don't want a setup fee or a contract
Price
ServiceTitan doesn't list prices. You request a demo. Review sites report about $245 to $500 per tech each month depending on the tier. They also report one-time setup and onboarding fees that start around $5,000 and can go much higher. Those are reports, not quotes, so get your own.

What ServiceTitan does that DuctWright doesn't
ServiceTitan's HVAC page lists a long set of tools. Here are the big ones we don't have:
- Call booking software
- A pricebook
- Customer financing
- Live GPS tracking of technicians
- Payment processing
- Marketing tools and a customer portal
- Purchasing and job costing
- Deep reporting
What the two share
Both handle dispatch, invoicing, service agreements and QuickBooks. ServiceTitan's service agreement tools can also record equipment details such as make, model, serial number and install date. DuctWright does the same with a record for each unit, and every plan includes it.
Switching
Ask ServiceTitan for a customer export as a spreadsheet, then upload it to DuctWright as a CSV. Names, phone numbers, emails and addresses come across. Job history and equipment don't import yet.
